Another ticket was created through talk2globe email support with CASE ID 7442027. So I was told that I need to pay for the INSTALLATION FEE of 1,000 pesos because the application that was processed for my new LTE HOME BROADBAND that was activated today the 8th of November, 2015 is a different application. Here's my take, I've been applying for the service over the phone as an additional line with reference numbers SNS15100000666 and SNS15100003272 and was told that I don't need to pay for installation fee because I'm an existing postpaid customer already so they processed the application and it turned out that on their system there's no available service in our area which I doubt because most of my neighbors are using the service.
So here comes the agent from Globe who surveyed and tested our area and he told me that there is indeed a coverage for LTE Home Broadband and I was disappointed because the sales representative kept on telling that there's no service in our are and they even offered me to apply for a tattoo mobile postpaid which I'm currently using. I asked the agent again that since I have two postpaid accounts with Globe already, will I be charged with the installation fee? The agent confirmed that no, you won't be charged with that.
On the 6th of November, the installation date, the installer advised me that there will be an installation fee like wait, "What are you talking about?" I called customer service on the same date and they told me that if you have an existing account with Globe then the installation fee will be waived but they can't check the account at that time since it's not fully activated yet so I need to wait within 24-48 hours.
On the 8th of November,2015, I made a follow up about the activation on my account through chat with Keneddy and the ticket number is 1511080885. Keneddy confirmed that since I have an existing account with Globe then I won't be charged with installation fee. I even have a transcript of that on my email just to make sure.
On the same date, afternoon, I chatted with Astrid with ticket number 1511081707 and that's the time that she confirmed that I will be charged with the installation fee. Okay! This inconsistency made me sick. There's no problem paying for the installation fee of 1,000 but the problem here is the inconsistency of your system to check the coverage of the area if we have service and the inconsistency of your representatives giving out information.
I've been expecting and assuming things based on the information that was relayed to me. I know that this is not a big deal for others but I'm the kind of person who is very keen to details and I'm sick of wrong information that's being relayed. I hope this won't happen again. I know that nobody is perfect but please be considerate to people like me.

AN OPEN LETTER TO GLOBE TELECOM
LTE HOME BROADBAND COMPLAINT
So here's my sentiment.
I just had my LTE Home Broadband installed in my new address. A month ago, I tried to apply over the phone for a Tattoo Home Broadband and was told by two representatives with reference numbers SNS15100000666 and SNS15100003272 and I was told that " SINCE I HAVE TWO EXISTING POSTPAID ACCOUNTS WITH GLOBE THEN THE INSTALLATION FEE OF Php 1,000 WILL BE WAIVED" Then I was like "Oh! That's great.".
So after a couple of weeks waiting, my LTE HOME was activated on the 6th of November, 2015 and was told that it will take 24-48 hours to be activated and I was informed by the installer that I will be charged with INSTALLATION FEE OF 1,000 ON MY NEXT BILL. So earlier this morning I asked for an update with your CHAT REPRESENTATIVE KENNEDY with ticket number 1511080885 and he confirmed that since I have an existing account with GLOBE then the Installation fee will be waived so I'm fine with that.
NOW, I chatted with your representatives again this afternoon 8th of November, 2015 and her name is ASTRID with ticket number 1511081707. So ASTRID confirmed that the account is now active and I asked verified the INSTALLATION FEE again and she said that I WILL BE CHARGED WITH THE INSTALLATION FEE. Like I was "Oh my gosh", I was told by the previous representatives that it will be waived since I have a globe postpaid mobile and a tattoo GOSURF plan but the representative kept on insisting that I WILL BE CHARGED WITH THE INSTALLATION FEE. LIKE I WAS "WAIT, WHAT'S GOING ON?". Since we're like beating around the bush, I ended the chat conversation and dialed 211 and I spoke to Mitch and she said, "We don't have information about your account details yet."
So I was like asking myself, "Where should I address this concern?" Nobody is willing to help. AND ONE MORE THING, I CAN'T REGISTER TO SPOTIFY PREMIUM BECAUSE THEY ENTERED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS IN THEIR SYSTEM. AND I WAS LIKE, WHO OWNS THAT EMAIL ADDRESS, IT IS NOT MY EMAIL ADDRESS SO I HAD IT CHANGED AND WILL TRY MY LUCK TO REGISTER TO SPOTIFY PREMIUM AGAIN. SERIOUSLY, EVERYTHING HAS BEEN MESSED UP. I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.

Ugly is beautiful
Have you ever wondered why people easily notice the indifference of a person? Simply because that indifference is one indication that God created a beautiful life. Imagine, if you are beautiful, people always give you good compliments that will also serve as a key for us to challenge ourselves to be more beautiful inside and out. But what if you think you are not so beautiful?
In my experience, I've been to the point when I feel beautiful even if I'm not that so beautiful. I've been putting it to my mind that "Beauty is really in the eye of the beholder" because what's beautiful to the other person may not be beautiful in your eyes and vice versa. So if you are thinking that I'm not beautiful then the heck do I care because every time I look in the mirror, I can always see the beauty in me.
Nowadays, people seems to react if you will be called ugly because we've been admitting to ourselves that we are beautiful no matter what they say and I agree to that. No person has the right to call you ugly because if that's the case then they are not appreciating the life that was given by our creator and everything we see, touch, hear, smell and feel in this world is a creation of the supreme being and that creation doesn't deserve to be called ugly. I am not saying that I don't agree to be called ugly because I'm also a creation but as human being we also have the principle that we always missed and that is "Respect".
Respect not only the people in your community but also respect yourselves. If you think that your ugly then have a little respect to yourself. Why are you created if you still think that you are ugly? Come to think of it, some people who are not fortunate enough to have all the five senses are living happily not only because they thought they are beautiful but also they have the respect that what they get for themselves. Respect the thought that you are a creation of the supreme being and you are beautiful and don't ever contradict on that thought because you are only putting yourselves to misery.
If all people value the principles of "Respect" then no one will ever doubt themselves if they are beautiful or not. Then that's the time that we can prevent the word "Envy" because if we respect ourselves and each other, we can find the contentment that we need for us to live happily. I'm not saying that it's happily ever after because we can't avoid other circumstances in life but by simply starting to respect and believe in yourself that you are beautiful then we can go far beyond to what we are looking for in life.
Therefore I conclude that the Law of Attraction is the most important factor that we need to consider if we want to be happy. Think positive and you will enjoy life.
